 Shop Art VENDOR


Shop Art Vendor

Our Shop Art Event will occur every year for up to 30 vendors.

Selection & Deadlines

All vendors are required to:

  1. Send in a Submission of 3 images of artistic work via Subject Line: SA Vendor/ Date of Event

  2. Fill out the Online Vendor Application..

IYA will send vendors an acceptance email after the submission and vendor application is received. No vendor will be considered until a completed and executed submission, vendor application is submitted to “IYA” and fee is paid.



Vendors products/services will be approved by Into Your Art Inc  and/or the venue.


Vendor Space Fee

  • 5’x 8’ foot Space (40 sq ft): *$70.00

*The Vendor space fee is subject to change based on size of space available or requested.  


Vendor Fee Payment Process

The Vendor payment is due no later than 5 days after the acceptance email is sent to the Artist/creative by IYA.


Set-up & Take Down & Clean Up

  1. Vendors will Set-up an hour before the event  begins.

  2. Vendors will Breakdown fifty minutes to one hour after event has ended.

  3. Vendors are expected to clean their areas before they leave.

Equipment & Decor

  1. Vendors can bring their own setup. If furnituring and other equipment is supplied by venue or IYA, vendors can utilize them.

  2. Vendor’s Furniture must fit the sq ft dimensions  offered for the space. Such furniture include lights, chairs, tables, racks and other furniture.  (May not be applicable if venues supply furniture.

  3. Vendor’s Decorations will be limited to tables and chairs only. No wall or ceiling decorations shall be allowed. All decorations must be removed at the end of the function. No glue, tape, tacks, nails, pins, or any other fasteners that may damage the walls, tables, chairs or ceiling may be used to hang decorations. Do not hang heavy objects or decorations from the ceiling. The use of candles or any other type of open flame is NOT allowed.

Cancellation & Refunds




  1. There are no vendor refund after the specific date at time written on the vendor participant agreement form under Event release section.

  2. Fee Refunds before the Specific date and time written on the vendor participant agreement form under Event release section are subject to

    • Online processing  transaction fee deduction. Vendor will receive Vendor Fee Payment  less Processing Fee via an IYA Check. 

    • Cash and Check payments:  Refund will paid in IYA Check,  Cash, or Vendor’s Check not cashed to the Vendor.




  • All Vendors will receive their Full Refund.


Booth Sharing

Vendors Sharing Booths are not allowed unless permission is granted by IYA.



Permits Tax Id and Certificates

Any vendor selling goods in Massachusetts is required to have a Tax ID Number and display the Tax ID Certificate in their space.  This is required for both in-state and out-of-state vendors. If you do not have a Tax ID certificate, you can obtain one online via the MA Department of Revenue. There is no cost, and it only take a few minutes to complete.


It is the Vendor's responsibility to ensure they and their employees are at all times in compliance with any Federal, State and Local regulations, tax laws, and health protocols.




Vendor Agreement


Vendors will to have read, understood and agree to the  Into Your Art, Inc IYA Event Release  below.

IYA Event Release


  1. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Into Your Art, Inc (IYA) and the venue(s) “the premises”, its parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, successors and assignees and each of their officers, directors,  shareholders, agents, volunteers and employees (collectively “IYA”) for any claim, suit, or other legal action or any losses, damages, costs or expenses of whatever nature (including reasonable attorney’s fees and defense costs) arising out of the Activity of Vendor including without limitation, providing  visual art on the Premises, breach of confidentiality, disclosure of confidential information, breach of the terms of this Event Release, damage or loss to persons or property, or violation of any applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, licensure requirements, license obligations or ordinances.


  1. Vendor is considered to be an independent contractor who shall at all times perform its duties and responsibilities and carry out all services as an independent contractor and shall never represent or construe its status to be that of an agent or employee of the IYA, nor shall they be eligible for any employee benefits from those listed above. The VENDOR represents and warrants that any and all federal, state and mandatory deductions or other charges and taxes imposed by law shall be the sole responsibility of the VENDOR. The fee for art, craft, food, and information booths includes City of Boston vendor licenses and vendors are not obligated to pay any additional tax to the City of Boston for goods sold at the Into Your Art Inc vendor event. If the IYA is assessed, liable or responsible in any manner for those deductions, charges or taxes, VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the “IYA” and the other parties named, from those costs including attorney fees.


  1. Vendor is conducting sales at the Event, as detailed in the attached, Vendor will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances regulations, licensure requirements and license obligations in connection therewith. As a condition of participation in the Event, Vendor may be required to submit payment to IYA as detailed on the attached. Vendor shall maintain records sufficient to detail its sales in connection with the event and will provide IYA with such documentation as reasonably requested. In the event that payment is due before the Event, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it shall not be permitted to participate in the Event unless payment is remitted in accordance with such terms.  


  1. Vendors must  pay the full vendor fee to the IYA due date of the paypal receipt. Once the check clears the bank, a notice of acceptance will be emailed. The canceled check, the acceptance letter, or online receipt will be serve as a receipt. Vendor fees will be fully refunded in an IYA check, (If fee is paid online, fee subject to deduction for the online processing ) if an application is received and payment is collected via cash, check or online.  The vendor understands no cancellation refunds will be granted after July 23, 2017  at vendor request.  


  1. Vendor consents to the use of its name, photograph, voice, art and/or likeness or statements in advertisements and in additional electronic, broadcast or print advertisements and promotional materials by IYA. Vendor hereby grants IYA the right to publish such name, photograph, art, voice, or likenesses or statements without restriction in IYA’s sole discretion.  Vendor hereby waives any right to inspect or approve any such publication that may be used in connection therewith or the use of which it maybe applied.  Vendor hereby releases and discharge IYA and any person or other entity whom they authorize to use such name, art, photograph, voice or likeness from any and all liability in connection with its use and any publication thereof.  In addition, Vendor, for itself, heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive and release any and all claims Vendor may have against IYA arising out of Vendor’s participation in such Activity or Event, including without limitation any damage or loss to persons or property resulting on the Premises or before, during or after the Event.


  1. Vendors understands that IYA reserves the right to:

  • remove, deny or terminate any Vendor that in their sole judgement is being disruptive, rude or detrimental to the peaceful operation of the Shop Art Event.

  • request the removal of any products or items that they deem offensive, inappropriate, unsafe or detracting from the quality of the Shop Art Event.

  • remove, deny or terminate any Vendor that misrepresents themselves or their products.

  • add or amend any reasonable rules and regulations at any time during and prior to the operation of the Shop Art Event.


  1. Vendors should immediately report any unsafe conditions to the IYA manager. Any Vendor notified of any safety issue must immediately correct the issue, otherwise  Into Your Art Inc  reserves the right to terminate their participation at the Shop Art Event. Vendors understands that Smoking at the Shop Art event’s premises is strictly prohibited.Vendors removed for behavior or safety issues will NOT be issued a refund.
